After booking, you'll receive a welcome email with a brief questionnaire to complete before your session. For best results, find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed, come with an open mind, and reflect on what you most want to gain clarity about. No other preparation is necessary.
Will I receive a recording of the session?
Yes, you'll receive an audio recording of our session for future reference. You'll also get a written summary of your key insights and recommended next steps within 48 hours of our session.
What if I need more support after my session?
The Discovery Session is designed to be complete in itself, providing you with clarity and a roadmap for your next steps. However, many clients choose to continue with deeper work through our Transformation Coaching program. If you decide to enroll in coaching within 14 days of your Discovery Session, the full amount of your session fee will be applied to your coaching package.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens. You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours notice at no additional cost. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% fee. No-shows or cancellations on the day of your session will be charged the full amount.
